This Privacy Notice (this “Notice”) explains how Digital-Link, LLC (“Digital-Link,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the website located at https://talktocleo.com (the “Site”).

1. Scope

This Notice applies to information collected through the Site, including information collected automatically (for example, through third-party content embedded on the Site) and information you provide through third-party scheduling links accessed from the Site.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information you choose to provide (outside native Site forms).

The Site does not provide user accounts and does not ask you to submit personal information through native web forms hosted on the Site. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message.

B. Scheduling via third parties (e.g., Calendly).

The Site includes links to third-party scheduling pages (such as “Request a Demo” and “Contact Sales”). If you use those links, you provide information directly to the applicable third-party provider (for example, name, email address, company, and meeting details). That provider processes the information under its own privacy practices. We may receive meeting-related details necessary to organize and manage the requested meeting.

C. Information collected automatically (limited).

When you visit the Site, certain information may be processed automatically in connection with operating and securing the Site (for example, basic server logs) and when you interact with third-party embedded content (for example, an embedded YouTube video). This may include IP address, device and browser information, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and interaction data.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • respond to inquiries and manage meeting requests (including demos and sales communications);
  • monitor and improve the Site’s performance and user experience; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Site and support communications (subject to contractual protections);
  • with third-party scheduling providers you choose to use (e.g., Calendly), noting that such providers may act as independent controllers of information you submit directly to them;
  • with third-party content providers when you choose to interact with embedded content (e.g., YouTube), which may collect information via their technologies subject to their own policies; and
  • as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal information that we collect through the Site. We also do not knowingly share personal information we collect through the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising. However, third parties (such as YouTube) may collect and use information for their own purposes when their content is embedded or accessed.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

6. Your Choices

  • Scheduling links: You can choose whether to use third-party scheduling links.
  • Email communications: If we send you marketing emails, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message (where provided) or by contacting us.
  • Cookies/embedded content: See the Cookies Policy for information about controlling cookies, including third-party cookies associated with embedded YouTube content.

7. U.S. State Privacy Rights (Where Applicable)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under certain U.S. state privacy laws, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, email legals@digital-link.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may take steps to verify your request consistent with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above.
