This Legal Notice (this “Notice”) applies to the website located at https://talktocleo.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Digital-Link, LLC (“Digital-Link,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Notice is intended to provide company information and certain legal disclosures relating to the Site. Separate terms may apply to any products or services that we may make available through the Site.
1. Company Information
Legal Name: Digital-Link, LLC
Business Address: 885 3rd Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10022, US
Email: legals@digital-link.com
2. Site Purpose
The Site provides information regarding “Cleo,” a solution that uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to provide chat-based outputs (such as responses, recommendations, summaries, or insights) relating to products, websites, and other informational topics. The Site may also enable you to request information, schedule a demo, or contact us.
3. Permitted Use; Prohibited Conduct
You may access and use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Notice. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:
- Access or use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes any third-party right;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, or networks, or to circumvent security or access controls;
- Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Site; or
- Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site at any time to protect the Site, our users, or our legal interests, or to comply with law.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Outputs
Certain features described on, or made available through, the Site may involve automated tools, including artificial intelligence (including chat-based outputs). AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and convenience purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date, including due to errors in underlying sources, third-party content, or the operation of automated systems. AI-generated outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice and do not create any professional or fiduciary relationship.
You are solely responsible for independently evaluating and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it, acting on it, or sharing it with others. Any reliance is at your own risk.
To the extent you are able to configure, customize, or deploy Cleo (including by selecting or modifying “personalities,” instructions, prompts, content, or parameters), you are solely responsible for providing clear and lawful instructions, implementing appropriate safeguards and disclosures for your particular use case (including human review where appropriate), and for testing and monitoring outputs. You are also responsible for ensuring that the agent is used only for permitted purposes and in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms, and that it is instructed to refuse or appropriately redirect requests that are sensitive, regulated, or high-risk.
Cleo is not designed or intended for use in situations requiring professional judgment or where inaccurate outputs could result in harm or liability. You should implement instructions and guardrails to prevent the agent from providing guidance, recommendations, or conclusions on sensitive, regulated, or high-risk matters and instead direct users to qualified professionals, the relevant service provider, or official sources. Examples include, without limitation:
- Medical or health matters, including diagnosis, treatment, medication dosing, emergency situations, or individualized health advice. For food allergies or intolerances (e.g., questions about allergens in a menu item), users should be directed to consult the restaurant or manufacturer and, where appropriate, qualified healthcare professional, rather than relying on automated responses.
- Legal matters, including interpretation of laws, legal rights, legal strategy, or document preparation intended as advice.
- Financial, investment, tax, or insurance matters, including specific recommendations, suitability determinations, credit decisions, or individualized tax guidance.
- Safety-critical or emergency guidance, including instructions that could affect personal safety; in emergencies, users should be directed to contact local emergency services.
- Regulated or age-restricted products and services, such as controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, alcohol, tobacco/vapes, firearms, or other regulated items, or any guidance that facilitates unlawful activity.
To the extent we use content or data to operate, maintain, secure, or improve automated features (including model improvement), we will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5. Third-Party Links and Third-Party Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their terms and policies.
6. Intellectual Property; Limited License
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, design, software, and other materials) are owned by Digital-Link or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with this Notice, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. Except for that limited license, no right, title, or interest is granted to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent, except as incident to ordinary web browsing or as otherwise expressly permitted by law.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of Digital-Link or their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL-LINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT (INCLUDING AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS) WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DIGITAL-LINK OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL-LINK’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The Site may include links to third-party scheduling pages (for example, via Calendly). If you choose to schedule a meeting through those links, any information you submit is provided directly to the applicable third-party provider and is processed under that provider’s privacy practices. To the extent we receive scheduling details from the provider, we use them solely to schedule and manage the requested meeting and related communications, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time. Any changes are effective when we post the revised Notice on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Notice.
